Do you have experience in marketing or sales and are interested in working with Category development? Currently, we are looking for a Category & Shopper Marketing Manager for our Baby category. Customer Marketing is a key function to deliver our Consumer Goods growth ambitions. In this position you get the opportunity to join a commercially oriented team and get a lot of responsibility from day one.

This role is located within the Consumer Goods Business Unit, which includes the categories of Incontinence Products Retail, Baby Care, Feminine Care and Consumer Tissue. Distribution channels for the products are retail trade and online. 

About the Role 

As Category & Shopper Marketing Manager for Baby you are the owner of the category where you build and own local customer marketing plans for the Swedish market. You will work with the strong market leading brand Libero. You set the strategy and create action plans on the 7 P´s per segment in close cooperation with the Swedish Sales Team and the Nordic Category Team. You also play an important role in building partnerships with our customers where you drive a category management way of working. In addition to this you secure the Go-to Market perspective of launches and shopper activation, where you set and implement strong plans for all channels both on- and offline as well as securing return on investment. 

This is a hybrid full-time position located in Gothenburg where you report to the Swedish Customer Marketing Manager. In this role, there are approximately 20-40 travel days included in a year. 

What You Will Do 

You will have a key role in go-to-market strategy development and execution. You will lead the local launch team and build trade argumentation when needed. Additionally, you will follow up on category development and take required actions to follow through developmental opportunities. In this role, you will give internal and external presentations and work closely with Consumer marketing, Key Account managers and the Sales team as well as with our customers. 

Who You Are  

You have a strong commercial background and are used to working with parallel projects. Your solution-oriented approach and holistic perspective enable you to effectively prioritize tasks. As a team player with a strong drive and ability to take ownership, you are a self-leading proactive person who ensures project progress. In this role, you develop a market understanding and gain competitor knowledge. Finally, you have the ability to analyze and accurately draw conclusions to support category decisions based on key data.  

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar 

  • Minimum 2-3 years within marketing and/or sales, preferably from FMCG or Grocery Retail 

  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish 

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office
