Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents, maintaining records, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
Provide general support within your department incl. preparing presentations, conducting research, or coordinating meetings.
- Manage inbound/outbound flows to/from the warehouses delivering the local market, ensure the goods availability for customer orders.
- Coordinate information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain in case of out of stocks situation.
- Manage transport capacity and quality for inbound flows and customer deliveries.
- Do the relevant maintenance of master data.
Contribute to ongoing projects incl. collaborating with team members, conducting analyses, or assisting with project management.
Gain insights into the industry, organizational dynamics, and specific job function
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a university student, preferently business, logistics, economics or related fields
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Outstanding time management skills to balance work & education
