Brand Manager

We are looking for a strong leader to continue developing and growing the FemCare business in Chile for Daily Intimate Care.

This role is the responsible for Feminine Care (Nosotras Brand) in Chile.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the development of the Daily Intimate Care in Chile. This is a regional position for this Business.

  • Lead the development and execution of 360° brand campaigns (ATL, digital, PR, shopper) aligned with brand purpose and strategic objectives.

  • Monitor brand health KPIs (awareness, consideration, NPS) and activate insights into brand plans.

  • Identify and validate local innovation opportunities, ensuring alignment with regional funnel and successful implementation.

  • Manage the local portfolio architecture, including SKU rationalization and pricing strategy in collaboration with Finance.

  • Drive the marketing input in the S&OP process, building bottom-up forecasts and identifying risks and corrective actions.

  • Ensure strong presence and performance in ecommerce and D2C channels through optimized content and assortment.

  • Own the brand P&L, being responsible for Volume, NS and driving profitability through pricing, mix, promotional efficiency, and ROI optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Trade, Sales, Supply) to ensure financial and strategic coherence.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning within the team.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators including SOM, brand equity, innovation success, and campaign ROI.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, leading cross-functional projects or teams.

  • Proven track record in brand management, including campaign development, innovation, and portfolio strategy.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Experience managing P&L and driving profitability through pricing, mix, and promotional efficiency.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across different levels of the organization.

  • Solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing KPIs, with the ability to challenge and support channel strategies.

  • Strong collaboration mindset and ability to foster a culture of empowerment and learning.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
