Are you ready to shape Demand Planning and IBP at a global level? As Demand Planning Excellence Director, you will lead the global Center of Excellence and play a key role in defining and implementing the company’s IBP and Demand Planning strategy, supporting end-to-end supply chain performance across the organization.
About the Role
To further raise the bar in Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the company, the Demand Planning Excellence Director is a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. In this role, you will lead the Center of Excellence team and drive the global Demand Planning and IBP transformation agenda, providing guidance and ensuring the implementation of a best-in-class IBP and Demand Planning framework that enables the organization to deliver a robust, value creating demand forecast.
This role reports directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s overall Supply Chain strategy and transformation agenda.

What You Will Do
Own and lead the global IBP and Demand Planning strategy, defining a clear roadmap, target operating model, and governance across the company
Work closely with the Demand Planning Directors in the different Business Units to ensure and support strategy execution
Lead the global IBP implementation and continuous maturity journey, ensuring strong executive engagement, clear decision-making forums, and full alignment across the organization
Set global standards, principles and ways of working for Demand Planning and IBP, ensuring consistency while enabling local business relevance
Establish, maintain and follow-up clear service level Agreements (SLAs) and responsibilities between all stakeholders (central and local teams in the BUs driving and enriching the forecast, and the Center of Excellence providing the statistical forecasting service)
Establish a performance-driven governance model, using clear and common KPIs for Demand Planning to measure forecast quality, process effectiveness, and business impact
Actively contribute to end-to-end supply chain strategy
Act as a role model for leadership behaviors, driving high performance, coaching, talent development, and fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement
Who You Are
University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
10+ years of international leadership experience in Demand Planning, S&OP and IBP, with a proven track record of leading large-scale IBP and Supply Chain transformations across multiple regions and business units, delivering measurable business value, ideally within FMCG environment
Demonstrated ability to design, lead and scale transformation journeys, from strategy definition to execution, including operating model redesign, process standardization, digital enablement and change adoption across the organization
Strong strategic understanding of forecasting methodologies, statistics, AI/ML forecasting and planning systems (e.g., SAP S/4, IBP, Anaplan
Proven experience operating at senior leadership level within complex, matrix organizations, influencing across functions and regions
Strong people leader with experience managing and developing global and multicultural teams.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for developing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
