About the Role

As our Brand Manager Inco Poland & Export East, you will play a key role in building, activating, and accelerating the performance of our brands (TENA) in the local market. You will lead annual brand planning, manage brand performance, and ensure strong execution across campaigns, innovation, and commercial activities. This role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and close collaboration with cross‑functional partners to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen our brand equity.

What You Will Do

  • Brand Ownership & P&L: Lead local brand strategy execution and manage brand performance to drive profitable market share growth.

  • Annual Brand Planning: Define activation touchpoints and own A&P allocation and tracking to ensure efficient and effective investments.

  • Marketing Execution: Implement local marketing initiatives, leverage global materials, and maximize digital and paid media impact.

  • Campaign & Innovation Activation: Lead brand and innovation campaigns, track performance, and take corrective actions to deliver business cases.

  • Product & Assortment Management: Own pricing, assortment, and product lifecycle planning aligned with global guidance.

  • Insights & Evidence: Gather consumer, customer, and healthcare professional insights and support the generation of clinical evidence when needed.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Global Brand, Innovation, and Commercial teams to ensure successful brand deployment.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.

  • Strong knowledge of brand building, campaign execution, product management, and working with cross‑functional partners.

  • A proactive, self‑driven team player with strong communication, stakeholder management, resilience, learning agility, and a positive growth mindset.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
