Order picking, enter and store of all (raw) material based on minimum/ maximum stock level. Supply (raw) material to production and ensure availability of needed (raw) materials maintaining safe working conditions at all time.
About the Role
Order preparation, receipt, storage, and dispatch based on minimum/maximum stock levels. Supply products to production (when applicable) and ensure product availability while maintaining safe working conditions at all times.
What You Will Do
- Carry out the movement of goods using the electric pallet truck in the transit areas both at the product's entry and exit, taking into account the condition of the goods and any possible damages that may occur to report them:
- 1. Inspection of the electric pallet truck before and after the shift, filling out the daily log.
- 2. Properly receiving merchandise in the warehouse according to instructions, using entry reports and reception tools, while maintaining the expected productivity.
- 3. Labeling product pallets, considering code, batch, quantity per pallet, reception date, and person responsible for receiving the material/product.
- 4. Carrying out assigned tasks according to the planning of the supervisor in charge.
- 5. Organizing storage areas in the distribution center, tools, and/or machines reported by employees.
- 6. Participating in the preparation of products for self-service, placing labels according to customer restrictions.
- 7. Dispatching products, validating quantities and batches according to collection lists, ensuring that all shipments leave with a security seal, and recording the number on the collection list and traceability file.
- 8. Complete the forms and/or records according to the assigned task (start time, end time, name of the dispatcher, name of the picker, signature of the stevedore staff, humidity and temperature records, etc.).
- 9. Prepare the electronic shipping guides for the sender, and handle the transfer of pallets dispatched to self-service stores when instructed.
10. Process the contract work orders according to the assigned task (start time, end time, received, delivered).
11. Participate in cyclical counts/inventories and the annual inventory. This includes filling out forms and electronic records. - Issuing Invoices and necessary documentation for the delivery of goods.
- Manage the reservations generated by the business units for the release of materials (POP) when applicable.
- Implement the policies and measures defined by the organization, necessary to ensure the safety of employees and assets under their responsibility, as well as to comply with the quality and environmental protection standards established in legislation, regulations, and applicable best practices.
Who You Are
With a high school education and at least one year of experience operating a pusher.
